Welcome to Self Made Club (self-made-club-4051.myshopify.com), operated by ReMedia LLC. By using this site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.
- Eligibility. You must be able to form a binding contract to purchase. By ordering you confirm the information you provide is accurate.
- Products & pricing. We aim for accuracy in product descriptions, colors, and prices, but errors can occur and we may correct them. Items are made to order; slight variations in print placement and garment-dye color are normal and not defects. Prices are in USD and may change.
- Founding editions. “Founding” / “1 of 100” pieces are limited and hand-numbered. Once the run is sold out, it will not be restocked.
- Orders. We may refuse or cancel any order (e.g., suspected fraud, pricing error, or stock issues) and will refund any payment taken if we do.
- Intellectual property. The Self Made Club name, the ascending mark, the “SMC” monogram, designs, copy, and all site content are owned by ReMedia LLC and may not be copied, resold, or used without written permission.
- Acceptable use. Don't misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, or infringe our or others' rights.
- Disclaimers & limitation of liability. The site and products are provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, ReMedia LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
- Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
- Changes. We may update these terms; the version posted at the time of your order applies.
