Self Made Club ships worldwide. Every piece is made to order and produced at the facility closest to you whenever possible - we print in North America, Europe, the UK, Australia, Japan, and more. Here's everything international customers ask us.
Do you ship to my country?
Almost certainly. We ship to 200+ countries. The only places we can't currently serve: Russia, Belarus, Cuba, Iran, Syria, North Korea, Ecuador, and the occupied regions of Ukraine. If your country appears at checkout, we deliver there.
How much is shipping?
Your exact rate is always shown at checkout before you pay - it depends on what's in your order and where it's going. Typical starting rates for a single item:
- Canada: $8-11 USD
- United Kingdom & Europe: $4.50-8 USD
- Japan: $4.75-9 USD
- Australia & New Zealand: $7.50-13 USD
- Everywhere else: $12-18 USD
Larger orders ship at higher tiers since they cost more to produce and send. All prices are in USD; your bank converts to your local currency at its standard rate.
How long will my order take?
Everything is made to order, so allow 2-7 business days of production first. After production, typical delivery is: Canada, UK, Europe, and Japan 3-10 business days; Australia & New Zealand 4-12 business days; everywhere else 6-20 business days. These are estimates, not guarantees.
Will I have to pay customs or import fees?
Often no - when your order is produced at a facility in your own region, it never crosses a customs border. When an order does ship internationally, your country may charge import duties, taxes (VAT/GST), or a carrier handling fee on arrival. Those charges are set by your local customs authority and are the customer's responsibility - they are not included in our prices or shipping rates. Packages refused or abandoned because import fees weren't paid can't have their shipping refunded.
Can I track my order?
Yes. You'll get a tracking link by email the moment your order ships. If tracking stalls or your order is past its estimate, email us and we'll review the shipment with you.
What if something's wrong with my order?
The same promise applies worldwide: anything that arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect is replaced or refunded free - email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and photos. Because every piece is made to order just for you, we can't accept returns for change of mind or size choice, so please check the size guide before ordering. Nothing in our policy limits any non-waivable rights you have under your country's consumer laws.
