Refund policy

Because every item is made to order specifically for you, we can't accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse or the wrong size chosen at checkout — so please use the size guide on each product page before ordering.

We will always replace or refund any item that arrives:

  • Damaged or defective
  • Misprinted or made incorrectly
  • Not what you ordered

How to start a claim: within 30 days of delivery, email originalselfmadeclub@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue. Approved claims are reprinted and reshipped free, or refunded — your choice.

Sizing exchanges: we want it to fit. If you're between sizes, reach out before ordering and we'll help. (As we grow, we'll add stocked sizes that allow true exchanges.)

Order changes / cancellations: because production starts quickly, email us within 12 hours of ordering to change or cancel — after that it may already be in production.
