How long until I get my order?
Everything is made to order. Production takes 2–7 business days, then U.S. shipping is 3–5 business days — about 5–12 business days total. You'll get tracking when it ships.
How do I pick the right size?
Check the size guide on each product page — it lists measurements and fit (true-to-size vs. relaxed). Because items are made to order, choosing the right size up front matters. Between sizes? Email us first.
What's your return policy?
Made-to-order items can't be returned for buyer's remorse, but we replace or refund anything damaged, defective, or wrong — just email us within 30 days with photos.
What is the Founding Drop?
Vol.01 — the first pieces to carry the mark. Every item is made to order, never mass-produced. Specific designs may be retired at any time and aren't guaranteed to return, so if a piece speaks to you, that's the time.
Where are the products made?
Pieces are printed and fulfilled on demand by our production partner and shipped directly to you.
Do you ship internationally?
Not yet — we currently ship within the United States. International is coming; join the list to hear first.
What payment methods do you take?
All major cards, plus Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal.
