How long until I get my order?

Everything is made to order, so production comes first: usually 2–7 business days. After that, U.S. delivery typically takes another 3–5 business days, so most U.S. orders arrive in about 5–12 business days total. Canada, the UK and Europe are usually 8–14 business days end to end; the rest of the world 10–20. Tracking is emailed when your order ships.

How do I pick the right size?

Every sized piece has a size guide on its product page with flat garment measurements in inches and centimetres, plus the blank it is built on. Measure a garment you already own and like the fit of, lay it flat, and compare. Allow up to 2″ (5 cm) of variance. Because made-to-order pieces are not returnable for choosing the wrong size, email us before ordering if you are between sizes and we will help you decide.

What's your return policy?

Made-to-order items cannot be returned for buyer's remorse or choosing the wrong size, but we replace or refund items that arrive damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect. Email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos so we can make it right.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Email us within 12 hours of ordering. Production starts quickly, and once a piece is in production we can no longer change or cancel it.

What is the Founding Drop?

Vol.01 is the first collection to carry the mark. Every piece is made to order.

Where are the products made?

Pieces are printed and fulfilled on demand by our production partner and shipped directly to you. Orders are produced at the facility closest to you where possible — we print in North America, Europe, the UK, Australia and Japan.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. We ship to most countries worldwide. Because we produce at the facility closest to you where possible, international delivery is often faster than you would expect and frequently avoids customs charges entirely. Estimated delivery after production: Canada 3–10 business days; UK & Europe 3–10; Australia & New Zealand 4–12; Japan 3–10; everywhere else 6–20.

Import duties, taxes and carrier handling fees, where they apply, are set by your local customs authority and are the customer's responsibility. We can't currently ship to Russia, Belarus, Cuba, Iran, Syria, North Korea, Ecuador, or the occupied regions of Ukraine. Full detail is on our shipping policy and international shipping pages.
