How long until I get my order?
Everything is made to order. Production usually takes 2–7 business days, then U.S. delivery typically takes another 3–5 business days. Most U.S. orders arrive in about 5–12 business days. Tracking is emailed when your order ships.
How do I pick the right size?
Use the size and fit details shown on the product page. If measurements are missing or you are between sizes, email us before ordering. Because made-to-order items are not returnable for choosing the wrong size, we are happy to help before you place your order.
What's your return policy?
Made-to-order items cannot be returned for buyer's remorse or choosing the wrong size, but we replace or refund items that arrive damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect. Email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos so we can make it right.
What is the Founding Drop?
Vol.01 is the first collection to carry the mark. Every piece is made to order.
Where are the products made?
Pieces are printed and fulfilled on demand by our production partner and shipped directly to you.
Do you ship internationally?
Not yet. The live checkout currently accepts United States delivery addresses only.
